Data deletion

You can remove the data heytam holds about you at any time.

Disconnect Facebook

1. Sign in to heytam and open Integrations.
2. Click Disconnect on Facebook. We stop receiving leads and delete the stored Page access tokens.
3. You can also remove heytam from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.

Delete your data

Email support@heytam.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email address or Facebook Page involved. We confirm the request and delete the associated data, including lead records received from Facebook, within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.
